What we collect

When you send the quote form we collect what you enter: name, phone, email (optional), city or ZIP, project type and details, and notes. We also record the page you sent it from, the referring site and campaign tags (such as utm_source) to understand which pages are useful. When you call, the call may be routed and logged (time, duration, caller number) so it reaches the right contractor.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent patio cover contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Forms are processed by Formspree. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits and actions such as clicking a phone number or sending a form; we don't send your name, phone, email, address or message to analytics.

Cookies and local storage

Analytics tools set cookies. The site also stores the first page you visited and any campaign tags in your browser's local storage so they can be attached to a quote request. You can clear these in your browser settings or block analytics cookies with browser tools.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (925) 248-3165. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing.

Retention and security

We keep request records only as long as needed to handle the request and keep business records, and we use reputable providers with encrypted connections.

Children

This site is for homeowners and isn't directed to children under 16.
